Yo! Yo! Yo! New month, new faves! Each month, I share my favorite things with yall in hopes that you will share yours too. Yall, March literally flew by. I started the month celebrating hubby’s birthday. Win and I took him out to eat (Win treated, with my credit card). Win had his first experience with a babysitter (non family member) and it was amazing, for us and for him. Turn up! Hubby and I look forward to more adult time to come. March was good to us and this list was inspired by some of that goodness.
Let’s get into this list honey.
Wine Me Down
Bogle Merlot: This California grown red is just like the state it was born in, INTENSE (but in a good way). The label describes it as subtle, yet bright and I agree. I’m usually not into Merlot, I’m a Cab Sav girl (which you may know if you read my February faves post, but this one is good to me and my pocket. Holla at Costco or Target (if your city allows Target to get down like that) for this baby with a price tag under $10, ookkkuurrrr!
Eat Me Up
Fiber One Chewy Bars: Ok, hear me out! As I get older, my body craves the things it needs. If I do not give those things to said body, I pay a hefty price. One of those things is fiber, gotta keep it regular yall. These thangs are delicious. I have to stop myself from eating 3 a day, cause I don’t want no problems, mmmkkk. One bar gives you 9 grams of fiber, that’s more than a third of what most of us need in a day. Those lil chocolate chips hit the spot, but they are definitely addictive. This has definitely become one of my favorite things to snack on.
I Stan for My Man
Goodfellow Shirts: I really don’t need another reason to go to Target, but ya know it’s one of my happy places. Everytime I go, I head to the men’s section to see if they have a new color in one of these shirts. Babe definitely has the rainbow in his closet when it comes to Goodfellow. They are so cute and comfy. We love the t-shirts and sweaters, both are easy to dress up or down. The price tag is cute as well. Most importantly, they look GOODT on him.
Win for my Win
Gerber Teethers (teething wafers): Baybee, if you have a teething baby, this the one right here. I tried all of those “mom hacks” with frozen fruits and rings, but nothing has worked for us like these little crackers. They come two in a pack and they start to melt as soon as saliva touches them. So if your baby is like mine and stuffs large pieces in the mouth, these do their job and dissolve quickly to avoid the choking hazard. I’ve tasted it, eh…it’s not bad. It’s not Ritz, but it’s not bad. The important thing is Win thinks it’s delicious and it soothes his cute little gums. These are one of his faves which makes them one of my favorite things also.
Mama Knows Chile
Jo Malone Body Creme: “Oooooh you smell good, what is that?” If you want those words spoken to you all day long, get you some. It’s not cheap mmmk, but it smells divine. My girl put me on to this in January and it’s become one of my favorite things to wear. It’s so light and the packaging is so cute. They have a number of scents, but the one that has me in a chokehold is Mimosa & Cardamom. The smell gives…luxury.
