Hey Bai Bai
Hey yall. It’s me, J. Bai. I’m an excited 30 somethin’ (mind the business that pays you) year old wife and first-time mommy currently located in Tennessee. I hold down a full-time job WHILE keeping my now 1 year old at home, yes in the same house and same rooms as me (Yikes!). So yeah, I’m a self-proclaimed SuperWoman.
In 2019, I found out I had a (singular) uterine fibroid. By 2020, I was told not only do I have a few fibroids, but the one I knew about had grown from 11 cm to 24 cm. What the what? The questions! The nerves! The anger! All of that arose instantly, but The Praise, The Gratitude, and The Faith is what got me here.
As a new mommy and a fibroid fighter, I have seen and learned a lot so I’m here to share my advice, my thoughts, my experiences and my means of encouragement with you. I’m originally from Mississippi and I married a Texan, so you will hear a lot of yalls, manes, honeys and such. This blog is written how I talk (most days) so get ready for all the southern twang. Additionally, I will not be following all the standard grammar rules, because who has time for that when sharing their ministry lol? If you see an error, incorrect tense used, etc, just keep reading or screenshot and talk about it in ya groupchat, cause I don’t wanna hear it lil baby.
Anyway, I was going to write and keep my little journal entries to myself, but God put it on my heart to share. So, here we are cause we obey God round these parts. So come get to know me and sip this extra sweet (cause if it’s not extra sweet, it’s just brown water) tea.
